In this work, the author addresses the general prohibition of utilizing non-Jewish courts, and the exceptions, when it is permitted. This volume deals mainly with lawsuits and their halachic ramifications, the definition of what is considered a non-Jewish court, transactions, deeds, and wills executed according to the law of the land.
